Do not swollow unless you want the vitamins. Oral sex is ok but sometimes its boring if you are not really in the mood. Make sure you are relaxed...(have a nice drink). And then maybe you will feel a little bit freaky and you can relax while doing it. But if you swallow you might gag. But some people like that..
