If a man wants to own something that shuts up and does as their told, then he needs a dog. But every now and then Fido takes a big ol' doukie on the living room floor. At least most wives are house broken!!

What makes you believe that men have all the answers?
And why should a women marry you only to become your servant?
If that isn't plain enough for you then the answer to you question is: Not only no but HELL NO:
Now if you married your daughter then maybe she should do as her one parent tells her but if you married a women from outside your family why do you believe you have the final and only say on anything let along everything.
There is always arguing in marriage. No two people see eye to eye on everything. But there is also compromise that allows both to keep their dignity.
If you consider women below you then any answer any of us can give will not be good enough for you and I hope your next wife will read this question before you get married.

Wives nor husbands should be told what to do. If you are in a marriage you are supposed to love and honor that person. That vow is not meant strictly for the wife. It goes both ways. Here's a tip.... If the husband would concider his wife and compromise then maybe there would be less arguing. Otherwise.... that wife isn't going to be happy and she may move on.

but come on now, if we did that you'd be pissed cuz we didn't tell you you were going the wrong way, or pissed cuz we didn't tell you where your shoes were, or even for that matter be pissed cuz we were silent in bed. She is not your toy that you can put on a shelf and only listen to when she pleases and would you want someone to treat your daughter or your mother that way? If you answer yes to this then I very much suggest you attempt to go find a woman free world.
