I love "Dandelion Green" in Burlington, MA.... they have a great salad bar, excellent service and awesome food.

They same people run "The Beverly Depot" in Beverly, MA which is also good but the service isn't quite as nice in my opinion.

And if you're looking for something less fancy, but damn tastey... "Blue Ribbon BBQ" in Arlington, MA is top notch! Their pulled pork dinners are to die for!

If you're looking for Italian just about anywhere in the North End is good. Anthony's is good for seafood over on the waterfront. Also, if you are looknig for a good sampling of a lot of different things take a walk through Quincy Market. There are probably 20 places there with different specialty foods, including several good seafood places, which is what Boston is probably best known for.

like seafood ?
try Dubes Restaurant in Salem Mass great fried seafood
The Village in Essex is another long time favorite.
Boston has a pretty wide variety of dining choices
seafood, Italian (northend) , ribs and steaks
stay away from the chains but there are plenty of
free standing restaurants to chose from.
In a pinch theres allways Kellys on Revere Beach
if tis late and you have the munchies
