i''m trying to alter my internet explorer home page under tools, but it resets itself to the previous setting

why does this happen, the home page setting should be able to be changed at any time

i have since found out that yahoo themselves have hijacked my homepasge, happens to anyone who set yahoo to homepage. reformatting hard drive only solves the problem and never use yahoo as homepage

Once you set the settings, restart your computer.

You have a virus/spyware/adware.
