No, because the force of gravity upon your body mass is far greater than the force of static electricity upon any solid matter, such as in hair to a ceiling tile.

Only if your head is filled with air, like the balloons.

Maybe, if you had a storage battery in your head it would work, or more likely the electricity build-up would fry your brain.

If you would put only your head on the ceiling, after filling it with air, like a balloon, it might stick, but with your body hanging from it, gravity would be too strong.

no u wont because when u do that on small subject like balloons will stick because the weigh of balloon very small but your weigh is very very big coz of that u cant stick

Baloon would stick but not u because you much more then the ballon so the gravity will pull u down.
