The standard mini does come with a spare, the Cooper S does not. Instead it comes with runflat tires that have limited range and speed capabilities once damaged. They run about 1,100 dollars for a set of 4. Stay away from potholes. They are all low profile tires that take damage very easily. But I still love my MINI!

Do you mean a mini cooper or a BMW mini cooper, if the BMW then no, they use run flat tyres, designed so that if you do get a puncture you can still drive. If you mean a "proper" mini cooper then yes in the boot.
