Have you tried printing the image on a heat transfer sheet. Then you use an iron to transfer the image to the shirt. Because the alcohol will dilute your ink and you will not get a true color.

Get yourself some 'transfer paper'. You print as normal, then hot iron onto the shirt. After a couple of practices on some old tee shirts, you will become expert. The result is 'good' to 'very good' and instructions are included. You should be able to buy it at any good computer store.............

Get a better printer.
Your printer is not printing the colors that are represented on your screen.
Sometimes there may be some calibrations that you can do but it probably means your printer is no good.
