What I really want to know, is how many of you dated to become friends BEFORE you got married. How many really KNEW the person you got with. (I knew the girl I'm marrying for 9 yrs. as a friend, THEN we got together and it's been almost a yr. long engagement. Some of the little irritations I see mentioned (like "they always want to watch tv, or play xbox, etc.") did you KNOW about that at all? How much did you have in common? (summarize all those questions)

Lot of couple just jump into a relationship with finding out what type of person teh other one is before they say i do or before they get marry.Then it be to late to make thing right when all thing is bad.
