I think sometimes you have to face the same things you're running from. If it's people, maybe an appology is in order or situations...maybe this would be a fine time to get your reputation back on track and make things right again. Don't let things chase you away...confront them head on.

Turn the key off, and wait 10 minutes. Then, press and hold the pedal to the floor, and crank the engine....oh, wait, your LIFE! Well, your life never really stopped, so starting over isn't an option...but, you could decide to do something more funner than you were doing before...if you're haunted, go see an exorcist! Or, save money, and rent the Exorcist and watch it on TV at home! Alone...at midnight...on a stormy night....BOO! lol
Realistically, if you're looking to get out of your own past and out of your own way and past issues with others, moving might not be a bad start. Where did you always want to live? Think about what you'd do if you were free to do whatever...then remember that you are...

I have been there and done it i got so tired of everything that i was doing that i kept getting into trouble having sex and blaming everyone for my problem when it was my own fault so if i was in your shoes what iwould do is try to make things right before you leave just in case you want to come bake but you do need a break so go somewhere quiet and relax for a while than return but if you don't deal with your problems you will be running away from everything in your life so please try to work out things before you make up your mind and just move on case the past would haunt you for the rest of your life so try to work out your problems

You can move, but you've got to make an effort to stay away from negative people and try not to repeat the behaviors that caused you problems in the first place. Don't think in terms of restarting, that's almost the same as repeating. Think of it as starting over. It makes a difference. Luck to you.

If you've ever seen "my name is earl" try doing what he did lol. But I suggest trying to clear your concious and then making a plan to start over fresh. Think about everything you want and what way of doing it would make you the happiest. Moving could be a good start, I am currently working on the same thing, am planning on moving in 4 months in hopes of starting a new life with new friends. Good luck.

Sure you can run from your past, but you can't change who you are. You've done what you done, live with it and live the best you can from now on.If it's the people your worried about, they will see the change and if they are good people they will accept you as someone who has learned life's lessons. And if they don't accept you than so what? Be yourself and move on. But if you want to change your life because you were a thief or child molester ....you should probably move as far as you can(Baghdad) or just shoot yourself in the head.

You can run but you'll never hide! sooner or later things will catch up with you! Go ahead and make the move because I think leaving that environment will help, but PLEASE? I think you know what you did and are sorry but face up to it and "don't make the same mistake twice! Find out what caused you to do the things that you did. You need those answers. Good Luck!

You could move, but your problems are always going to haunt you unless you take care of them first. Try not to burn too many bridges, though.

Yes , you can do that. Or just close the doors behind you and move on. There's no point in fretting over the past.
Good luck.
