yes, ask your phone company for package deal. I have BellSouth and it allows you to pick 3 options for a flat fee that is very affordable. Just go to your phone provider's website to see what options they have.

If you are referring to a cell phone those options are normally included in the basic price

It does with Verizon. Unless you really need these features and would use them regularly, they are a waste of money.

Not if its included in a package, I found that the best package is the 24.95 vonage unlimited package....
