Ok, I use to be obsessed over this guy when i was 12, my friends told me that he used to like me, but i had asked him out around that time and he said no... but the girls said that he turned me down because he had liked a different girl too. Sometimes I catch him flirting with me.. he's so sweet towards me, and for some reason I love being around him.. I'm Best friends with his twin sister and whenever I go over he always ends up hanging around with us.. and when he found out i liked him he seemed pretty happy.. do you think he likes me?

I wouldnt doubt it. I know I used to flirt with women I liked. Even tho he may have turned ya down once. you should ask him again. Sometimes guys (well me anyways) will say no just because we're to stupid to say yes. As weird as it sounds. theres time that we just dont know what to do. and our natural instinct is try to play hard to get. so We'll say no. so might as well see.

tell u what next time u go to his house put on a 2 piece swimsuit and wet your hair a little not to much that its dripping when u see him tell him u about to go swimming. make him sit next to u when he does put your head on lap and talk to him about hot that day is or something sexy. i bet u Will fell something poke u and hen it does kiss him and say hm mm not bad. walk away and then if he comes after u u got him
