Sure. I know my perspective changed when I went overseas. Too many opinions are based on ignorance.

No we would like you better if you opened your minds. America is percieved by europeans to be regressing into everything it originally hated. The States is controlled by CIA / Big Oil Carlysle group inc. The American Army protects the supremecy of the dollar and not access to oil. If oil was traded in Euros the american economy would collapse. America is actually bankrupt but because all the worlds central banks have to keep dollars to buy oil, you dont know yet. The last country that decided to sell its oil in euro was Iraq (in 2002) hmm suddenly WMD (oops theres actually none but guess what.. yep, there back to trading in dollars again. Guess what country and major oil producer is planning to open an oil exchange and trade in euros thereby threatening the greenback... yes you guessed it .. Iran...you know the ones suddenly a problem and part of the "axis of evil"...
Because of american policy all americans are percieved as stupid not to know what is actually going on. NO you dont.
The land of the free... lol.... Cant smoke here, need id, cant pi ss crooked, largest prison population in the world per head next to China... Land of the watched, regulated and bullied... Get lost..

I think if Americans traveled more abroad and visited the homelands of the cultures that make up our great society, they would have a deeper understading of the cultures they come from. All peoples have inherent beauty in the lands that they left behind. They sometimes miss their homes and if you were in their shoes you would feel the same. Go see the world and see where they come from and maybe you will see the history of the culture they share here now.

I think they would like it if it were the other way around. Maybe Americans should stay home more often and travel within the US. It would bring more jobs and money to our economy.

No.... they would just want you to leave your money... and go home!
Most of the countries that I have been to... which is a few.... only 15 or 16... would like to have our money but not deal with our government... and as a traveler.. YOU are the representative of our government that they see...
Why?... hmmm... example (fictional):.. "We'll give you a Billion dollars in aid... but you must allow women to attend school"... so those countries that did not allow their women to be formally educated don't like us anymore...
only ... our government does it for real.. in other ways.

Depends what country you're in. There's some countries that would like Americans better if they stayed in America.

I think it would help if firstly Americans learned world geography as it would appear that even you're president has little clue as to the whereabouts of most countries
