How can i make this sound more perfesional and what other big words could i use?

You could leave off your parents names and the part about references if you didn't want to have them on there, but references always make people feel more comfortable (knowing that you truly have babysat before). And, being able to contact your parents, if available, is nice as well.

Emily sounds great, you can use school teachers or neighbors you have sat for that enjoy you as a sitter and even family friends as References.
oh run it through a spell check. (that way it's more professional)
Are you a great student in school? if so, it also might help to mention you are, as that is an ASSET, because kids tend to want a younger person, closer to their age and still in a type of school they can relate to over someone my age (college) or older and Parents love someone babysitters who can TUTOR and be a SITTER. It shows you have intelligence and it's another Marketable skills that will help you get some $$ cash. IT WILL SELL.
But you do love kids, right? So put that "I LOVE KIDS of all ages" there first!! It's the best qualification you can sell. Any parent wants their babysitter to love working with children as that compensates for a lot of things they may not have, such as years of experience, etc. THIS, TOO, will SELL
I am also sensing that you know how to keep small children entertained with or without Television. A big plus, if you can because then board games, such as baking cookies/brownies, making a no-bake dessert or making sundaes, playing CandyLand or card games like go fish, war or coloring books and drawing and art and stickers and stuff will make you the MOST popular sitter. Believe it or not most kids love structured activities. They love it when they can do something constructive that keeps their minds busy and their fingers active. SO, if you have that skill, that WILL SELL, trust me!
You can register at several websites where you can Register as babysitter and get clients to contact you from your local area, they will know in advance whether you have transportation or if they need to pick you up, whether you work late on weekends, know how to make formula, etc...

Looks good.
I suggest putting down "references available upon request", then ask a couple of your clients if it is OK for you to give someone their phone number for a reference.
Instead of "reasonable prices (negotiable)" you should put "prices start at" and then your minimum price. Use the minimum price if the kids are already in bed when you get there. Charge a dollar an hour more for each hour that you have to feed the kids, do the dishes, put them to bed, walk the dog, etc etc.
You also could consider putting a picture of yourself on the ad if you have a good photo that makes you look professional and reliable.
