How can I stop a spam campain? I get 20+ messages a day of total junk from nonworking sites.?

There is no way for me to unsubscribe directly to any of these messages. They are always for the same few types of ads. They use random names of fictitious people, probably computer generated and automatically send. Is there some agency or group I can contact for help? I'm at a loss. Thanks
