They can, especially if you don't have city water and have a septic tank where there isn't as much pressure pulling the flush down.

Yes...DO NOT put baby wipes in the toilet. You will clog it up and it will overflow.
Those "flushable wipes" that they make for kids who are toilet training can go in the toilet...but only a couple at a time or they will clog it up too.

That's a good question because I'm potty training my 15month old and I use wipes to wipe him and then I flush them down the toilet.I've been doing that for a month and 1/2 now.My toilet hasn't clogged guess I better stop.

Like everyone here has said...YES they will clog up the toilet.
There are wipes that will say ON THE PACKAGE that they are FLUSHABLE, but if they don't say that then simply don't.

Yes. You should never flush baby wipes as they will stop the toilet up.

YES..I have had to pay to have drain unplugged because my tenant upstairs kept flushing them. When the plumber comes that is what he finds in the floor drain. After about three times I told them they'd have to pay the next pluming bill

YES! They do make flushable wipes for toddlers that you could use as baby wipes. They are more expensive.

Uh, yeah. They are not made to break down in the sewer system like t-paper is. Use a wal-mart baggie instead.
