Best advice call your service utility company and inquire if 240 volt service is available in your area, if it is available is then is their charge to change your service,
If it is available call a qualified electrical company to either change or rebuild your existing electrical panel to work on 240 volts, in most area a permit from the municipality is required to assure safe installation
The ductless system Mr Slim has a unit that works on 110 volt if your existing system has enough capacity to handle an additional 30 amp load this would be a lot less costly than conversion to 240 volt system
Mr Slim requires a panel feed for outside condensing unit from panel ( typically 30 Amp 120 Volt ) on an isolated circuit breaker as well as a feed from the panel for inside blower coil (15 amp 120 volt ) you will need an aditional 2 to 4 wire from inside blower unit to outside condensing unit, Inside coil to outside unit will also require a line set from inside blower unit to outside condensing unit ,typically sized by MITSUBISHI not over 50 feet in length both liquid refrigerant line and suction line should be isolated and covered in armer flex insulation, the inside blower coil will also require a drain line to outside to discard condenated water If you are not familiar with A/C work better hire a Air Conditioning man and an electrician It is a great unit but can be a tricky install especially the first time
18000 btu is about a 1 1/2 ton rating it would be less expensive to buy a 110 volt unit

You should have 220 coming into the box. I don't know where you live but I have never heard of 110 service to a house. I have renevated homes that still had fuses from the 1940's and the service was 220. Look in the electric box, there should be 3 wires coming in, 2 insulated and one bare wire. If not call the electric company to change it.

if by mobile home you mean trailer like in a trailer park then an electrician would probably have to install the correct wiring however that would mean that your panel is wired for 220v split into two 120 volt phases so you just need a dedicated 220v outlet installed should cost about 300 bucks max

I don't recommend it but if you have to you can get a step-up transformer (110-220V) and connect your AC to it. Caution: Make sure that your wire sizes are adequate and your circuit properly protected (fuse and/or circuit breaker).

You have to have two phase to your breaker box. May have to call an electrician. With that you just run new wires to the use point and install the correct plug.

My wife and I have noticed this discount store and then ordered one there. Not quite impressive with their shipment speed but does save you approximately 80% and very happy for this discount. The quality is definitely superior and also right until today never spot any problems.

Most likely you have a 240v single phase service. In the future if you have to ask, you can't do it and you need to hire a professional.
