Most local tax accessors list the names of the owner, value of the property, and taxes assessed. Try there.

Go to the county website. Some counties have that info online. Other counties require to you visit the assessor's office in person.

Any public records are free to look at. You may have to pay for photocopying.

It depends on where the land is. Many counties have their records online, and most of those are free. Some counties don't have their records online, so you'd have to go to the courthouse to find out.

Check the country website to find out.

Go to your property appraisers site for that county it should have a section for search records go from there. If that doesn't work go to the Tax collectors office and give them the address. This is all public information and there should be no charge.
