Peep sounds sneaky. If she is exposed and looks like she does not mind, take a good look but don't stare. If she doesn't look like she wants the look and the exposure is unintentional be polite and look away. If she enjoys the exposure and you do, look with pleasure and admiration as long as you desire.

No they shouldnt it is disrespectful but if u dont want them 2 then dress so that it doesnt happen. Im a guy and i try to treat girls with respect but if they are showing a load of clevage then i cant do much better than looking but thats just me
