How come almost all terrorist groups are muslim?

Obviously all the attacks in Europe and the USA have been under muslim operation. Madrid train bombing, London subway bombing, dozens of hijackings, 9/11, THE LIST IS NEVERENDING
What's more, we got Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, Hamas, Iran, Syria, they are all wishing the west dead..... Its just their mentality of war and bloodshed. Just like the Indians had warrior tribes and civilized tribes, our society has the west-civilized, and the lunatic warriors-muslim world!

That's a good question. It's NOT a peaceful religion obviously.
What you see now is nothing compared to what Muslims did to Christians in the Balkans for 500 years. They were burning women and children alive and raping men in front of their families if they did not convert to Islam...It's all well documented.
There are churches-museums in the Balkans-in Bulgaria, Greece and Serbia with the bones of innocent people burnt ALIVE. It's a powerful reminder of the horrors of Islam.

Oh my god!!! No offense but you're a fool. Other groups that are considered terrorists that are not Muslim include The IRA, The ELF and The ALF. There's also many right wing militias in the US. Remember Timothy McVeigh? Plus there are all those fundies who attack Planned Parenthood.

What Israel has been doing in the Mid-East has also been condemned as terrorism.

The US was also condemned by the World Court for terrorist actions against Nicaragua during the mid eighties.

We can even go back to the crusades when it was the Christians who were perpetrating terrorist actions against the Muslim world.

Europeans threw off the oppressive yoke of religion about 500 years ago, or so. The middle east has yet to do so, and are largely ruled by theocratic governments.

All religions, knowing that they are frauds, try to protect themselves by insisting that it is their way, or death. Therefore, one of Islams basic tenets is world conquest. Don't get me wrong, other religions would do the same thing, if they could.

So, as Islam is striving to take over the world, this then influences the thinking of theocratic, Islamic governments. Knowning that the cannot win a military conflict, instead they give rise to, and support, radical Islamic terrorist groups. And there you have it, world-wide islamic terrorism.

How to solve this? We must free the middle east from theocratic governments. This is happening now. New democracies in Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, joining older democracies in Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt. And democratic movements in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, etc.

Coupled with the continued march toward democracy in the middle east, and a regime change in Iran, will pretty much eliminate islamic terrorism.

Good question. But it's more than just Islamists vs. the West. Look at Sudan and what the muslims have done/are doing to the non-arabs of Darfur. In Nigeria, it's muslim violence against African christians. In India, its muslims vs. the generally pacifist Hindis. In the Philippines, it's rebel muslim groups like Abu Sayyaf that have kidnapped and killed and fought the Philipine government. In Russia, it's the muslims of Chechnya that are responsible for the Beslan school massacre. In Indonesia, Jemaah Islamiah has muslims killing muslims. Even al-Qeada has supported the killing of thousands of muslims through terrorism in Egypt, Iraq, Saudia Arabia, Morocco and elsewhere.

I don't know if there is something inherent in Islam, but it sure seems that way. And to be fair, there are plenty of hotspots where Islam is a non-factor (Columbian guerillas, IRA, eco-terrorists in the US).

Most terrorist groups are Islamic based, although there have been doestic terrorists in the US, seperatist terrorists in Ireland and Spain, narcoterrorists in Columbia and Mexico, the list goes on and on. Terrorists have existed for as long as there has been the capacity to cause pain and fear, the reason it seems like the Islamic terrorists are the only ones that exist is because those are the only ones we ever hear about nowadays, and it probably seems like they're the only ones affecing us here in the US.

They aren't always Muslim. The countries that are at war at the moment just happen to be populated by Muslim. If we started attacking other countries, the then terrorists would be mostly Christians. It's just the way it happened.
