Is there a website to find out if a certain location of Walmart has a certain item?

It is unlikely that the Web site of a specific location would be updated in real time so what I would do is look up the phone number of the store online and call them. I guess if they were really sophisticated they could have their in-store inventory linked to the Web database, but I doubt that they do. So even if it looks like they may carry the product, I think unless you call them, you wouldn't have the latest information.
