try Old Navy, I get jeans for my daughter there and she is pretty skinny

Old Navy does killer slims! My daughter is a long, stringbean--nothing fits except Old Navy. Their styles are great too, low rise, flares and a lot have the adjustable waist if the child is skinnier than what's considered slim.

if you mean skinny jeans as in sight at the ankle(popular in hollywood right now) i have the same problem but jcpenney has some in juniors and kids so i suggest there

she doesnt mean slim sizes, she means the style skinny jeans, try old navy styles and gap...also do the limited too, they have jeans with out flare

Topshop and River Island are good for teen kids but if they are younger than you could do some internet shopping :D
