I am starting to think G. Bush might be right about this one, wierd?

Well, the frozen embryos that are not used to be implanted are discarded as medical waste. They could be used for stem cells but not with federal funding. That is what the veto did. It prohibited federal funding to be used for stem cell research. It did not prohibit stem cell research.

if they are frozen, then they are not alive, only their cells may be usable
