My boyfriend and I have our own language.
What started out as making fun of ways people pronounce some words, turned into our own little joke.
It would be really bad if we ever slipped and said any of these things in a restaurant or something.
My boyfriend once already messed up and said one at work.
HA HA HA

*Cap. words are written phonetically

Eggs - AIGS
Yellow - YELLER
Trash- TRAISH

And then we have a nonsense thing going on with other words:

Knife - KANIFE
Spoon/Fork - FOON (Instead of the ever popular spork.)
Animals - AMINALS
Muscles - MUSKULS

I think those last 2 are actually pretty widely used as a joke.

I have this lovely antique pine hall console table and it fitted in the hall of my last house perfectly in my house I live now its unable to sit in the hall so its in my bedroom. its used like a dreser it has a few drawers etc but whenever I ask my kids or hubby to get something of it I always say "its on the hall table in the bedroom "
Surely I know by now its not a hall table anymore.
I keep calling playstation controllers "remotes"

the microwave= the nuke
the computer= the cucumber
the remote control= the zapper
the laminator= the zoom zoom plastic cover thingy (my personal favourite)

and my cats are called Cosy (she's really lazy, and will always find the comfiest place to sleep), and Tigger (who climbs trees in the garden and can't get down)

lol...when im busy or tired i say the wrong names...the mircrowave becomes the "zapper",(zap your potato), but the weirdest one is for the tv remote control...the kids and i have always called it chingle changer...i dont know why...just baby talk i guess...
And our cats names are Simon, (his royal fatness), Sheba, (The Queen Of), and the new kitten is named Abby Gale, cuz she's a whirlwind of activity.

We call the remote a zapper, but my daughter calls pickled onions beelie beelies and I know a young man who still calls cows 'mooks' as in moo cow.
