Is this question really kosher? Come on, be a mensch. I am Jewish and I hate myself. Does that count? I hate myself because I am such a schmuck!

I'm assuming that the "you" refers to Muslims or Arabs .. as that's the general impression the west seems to have. I'm a Muslim, not an Arab, but born and brought up and lived most of my life in the Middle East.
I'm disturbed and angry and sad about the current Israel/Lebanon issue, but my contentions are with the Israeli government's mode d'emploi, not the Israeli people, and not with Jewish people either in Israel or anywhere else in the world.
I don't hate Jewish people. What's there to hate? They worship the same God I do. Their prophets are my prophets. Their holy books are my holy books. My God created each one of them, and if I love and respect Him, and know how much He loves me no matter what, how can I not love or at the very least respect all His creations, knowing that He loves them just as He loves me.
Two of my dearest friends are Jewish. I look at the history of the holocaust and the concentration camps and feel the same grief and anguish that I feel for say, the American tribes or any other group of people persecuted just for being different or in the way of a stronger group of people.
A bit of trivia: not all Arabs are Muslims. Arabs include Muslims, Christians and Jews (and probably some atheists too). Apart from these heritages, I also know Arabs who choose to follow Hindu spiritual leaders, or Buddhism.
And finally, the finest man I've ever known is Jewish. His name is Jesus.

I don't hate the Jewish. If nothing, I am thankful, because there would be no Christianity were it not for Judaism coming first.

No, I love Jewish people. Do not let the actions of the Israeli govt. and military cloud your judgment. Many Jewish guys are very hot. Despite the stereotype, I find Jewish people to be very trustworthy and dependable.
(I am a lapsed Catholic.)

What reason is there to hate them as a whole? If I'm going to dislike someone, it'll be on an individual basis rather than due to race, religion, culture, etc...
