"For which that doesn't kill me, will only make me stronger". Where did this quote come from and is there more?

Well, there does seem to be some confusion about who should get the credit for that quote:

1.“What does not kill me makes me stronger.”
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe quotes (German Playwright, Poet, Novelist and Dramatist. 1749-1832)

2. What does not kill me, makes me stronger.
Friedrich Nietzsche, Twilight of the Idols, 1888
German philosopher (1844 - 1900)

Though most sources say it was Nietzsche.

"Out of life's school of war. - What does not kill me, makes me stronger."
[Friedrich Nietzsche, Twilight of the Idols, Maxims and Arrows, 8.]

The first sentence should be in italics (underlined in the manuscript).
