Because people are more tolerant of dishonesty and disrespect. As a society, cheaters have the appearance of being able to get ahead through deception and we buy into that mirage. Also, people have thrown spirituality out the window. If a person has no one to answer to, a higher power, then their actions are often self-centered.

Try to imagine a world without cheaters and their like. There would be nothing to measure ourselves against--no measure of good and evil. Evil has it's place despite it's ugliness.

Cheaters, just like bad guys, are around because it makes it easier to tell who the good guys are.

Evidently because they are allowed to exsist just like all other things that are sinful. Making choices is a freedom given from GOD, but on the day of judgment, all will find out who cheated who.......

Because as children they were never given boundaries, given whatever they wanted and there were no consequences for bad behavior. So now you have adults who think they can do as they please.
