It is a hormone thing, actually, some women DO get the occasional chest-hair.

Wow! Really? Men and women are different. Men have something else that women don't have. You'll find that out when you go south of the chest hairs. Boy are you in for a surprise!

It's testosterone. Women also have testosterone but in very small quantities. Women that take testosterone develop more body hair.
