Friends are best when when they are all together ...is it right on part of Matt Le Blanc aka Joie to try to make his own version of the series..?

It's spelled JOEY.
And, no, it's almost never as good. One exception was Fraiser.

Matt LeBlanc is an egomaniac, that's why he decided to do it. He wanted to be the main star of a TV show.
In actuality, a lot of the people who worked on Friends were going to work on "Joey", so i guess being the team-player he is, he decided to go along with it.
Actually I think he was being paid tons of money to do it, so that could be why. Like an insane amount of money, so NBC had to keep it going for at least 2 years.
I thought the show started to get better the 2nd year, but I guess nobody really cared about it, and the ratings dropped.
The episode "Joey and the Stuntman" was hilarius!

I thought it was just okay, not the best show on TV, but you know, what did he expect? Friends was so good, I guess we all expected something just as strong or just as interesting as Friends, but he just couldnt deliver. Reason was that he made a whole with his costars For Friends, just wasnt the same for Joey.
