mostly yes. i can usually identify some sort of trigger, but there are times when i just need to cry. it only happens when im not feeling well or in a bit of a bad mood, so i guess you could say thats a reason.

We all have hun. It won't do you harm either. Have a good cry and you'll feel better though tiered after-wards.
There are so many bad things in the world that sometimes our souls can't contain the sadness anymore so we weep.

I suffer from clinical depression and it happens to me all the time. Something triggers me a picture or memory and I start to cry. It gets really embarrasing sometimes.

YES ALOT OF PEOPLE FEEL LIKE THAT AT TIMES BUT IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU MORE OFTEN THAN NOT , THAT IS A SIGN THAT MAYBE YOU ARE IN DEPRESSION ABOUT SOMETHING......THAT THERE IS SOMETHING THAT IS BOTHERING YOU AND YOU HAVEN'T FIGURED IT OUT YOURSELF...YOU MAY HAVE TO TALK TO SOME ONE LIKE A COUNSELOR,YOUR DOCTOR OR EVEN YOUR MOM...IT NEVER HURTS TO SPELL YOUR GUTS ONTO SOMEONE THAT CAN MAYBE HELP YOU OUT IN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY YOU DO THIS.....
