i think it is very difficult to say but i think it's a tie between river Nile in Egypt and Finke river in Australia

It is the Finke River.

Scientist consider it to be the most ancient.

There isn't one. Since the world would have formed all rivers, mountains, seas, islands and continents would have been created more or less at the same time.
