protect him with my life. i took a very serious oath.
then i'd sit him down, have a few drinks and explain that i hate everything he's done while in office. probably get him a ride home after i drank him under the table.

Great question. I'd like to think I'd kick his *** (at the least) for him sending people to die for no reason. I'd probably just glare at him and spit in his path - which is much less than a murderer like him deserves.

If I ran into him, I'd probably say, "Oh, excuse me! So sorry!", and then go on my merry way. Unless it was with my car, and then I'd say, "My bad, I'll call 911".
