Wear something like a skirt and nice shirt. it doesn;'t have to be a blouse, but just make it nice. if it isn't your grad party, or even your sisters, then don't go all out fancy or anything like that, but more of a relaxed nice outfit. You can't go wrong there. ~

I guess you are a female....if the party is going to be laid back then wear some capris and a cute top...if it will be kinds dressy wear a skirt and a sexy blouse. make sure no matter if the party is dressy or not you HAVE to wear earrings and maybe a necklace. Ask your sister's friend if it's formal or informal. If it's formal, wear a nice dress or skirt. Informal, then where jeans and a nice shirt. Just don't wear anything too casual.
