argentina's jerseys are either the traditonal sky blue and white stripes or the darker blue. because germany had home-field advantage, they decided to wear their traditional colored jerseys (which happens to be white). the white that germany was wearing could have easily gotten mixed up with the white and sky blue of argentina. in order to prevent and mix up, argentina wore their "away" jerseys.
i happen to like the darker blue on the team!

bcoz germany was the host team and they were wearing white.the argentina jersey is white and light blue so to avoid confusion they wore there away kit.

every team has 2 have 2 shirts with different colours
so if they meet a country which have the same colours as their official shirt...they wear the others

well they cant have very similar jerseys. so for distinction they had to wear their away kit. and they plan wat colors to wear prior to the game.
