My daughter moved out at the age of 13 ( she is almost 15 now) and went to live with her dad because it was more "fun". Since she's been gone she has started smoking, cigarettes and weed, she cuts herself, hangs out with guys much too old for her, doesn't seem to have many friends and her school grades are abysmal. When she left here she was a straight A student, she now gets mainly D's and F's. She doesn't want to see me at all. This is because her father has made her believe that she doesn't need me in her life. It has been heartbreaking for me but I feel sad and scared for her. How can I help her? She now lives in England and I am in the US

You need to get custody of your daughter, even if it means taking the father to court. She may hate you for it but she will hate you even more later in life for doing nothing. Sounds to me like Dad lets her do as she pleases, she is only 15, she needs rules, counseling for the cutting and drug abuse and sounds like a good grounding would be in order.

as a fellow teenager i'd say that theres not much u can do! she needs to realize her own mistakes and want to change for herself!
the best thing would probably be for her to move back with u! but of course u cant make her! it sounds like her father is a bad influence and doesnt take proper care of her! take her away from him! she likes being with him because she can get away with things she cant get away with when with u! bye, hope this helps!

Cutting herself is a sign of depression. Sounds like her "dad" is not much of a father at all!!!!!! See if there is an agency there like S.S. here and have them check in on this!!!
