Anybody seen it yet...a tiny bit slow to begin with but I thought it was a nice sarcastic fun movie with cool effects! Although, did any girls notice that it was SO for a male audience...we even had trailers with a lesbian kiss! Any chance to see Uma Thurman in a leather dress or a tight costume...and what do the women get?.... That ugly nerdy guy stripped naked with "dick" burnt on his head....its injustice! Anyway, its still a funny movie! I give it 3 out of 5!

I thought it was great, I was expecting a stupid corny comedy, and it turned out to actually be something worth seeing again!

It's got a 49% on Rottentomatoes (Not Fresh), and a 53 on Metacritic (which I trust a bit more). I personally rated it a C- (2 stars). Generally speaking, I thought Luke Wilson was miscast...he was too dry/laid back to go with Thurman's more excitable and energized performance. Their chemistry was weak, which made the whole premise unbelievable.
I loved the idea of the film, but thought director Ivan Reitman went too predictable and Don Payne's script was a major letdown. I was really looking forward to this film, but found myself amazingly disappointed.
I did think Anna Faris did a really nice job as Hannah (unexpected).

I saw it yesterday and I liked it. Didn't love it, so I just watch Kill Bill vol 1 and 2 to again appreciate why I like Uma. It was screwball, but enjoyable. I'd recommend it for being a short film and not playing around with the story with twists ....
