Well, i've been sick for 3 days now. I felt pretty good the second morning, then i took a shower. i guess it was too much strength out of me and i got really dizzy. I've been sleeping a lot and my stomache hurts so much. Sometimes its crampy, sometimes its throw up hurt, but it doesnt hurt constantly. I havent eaten much in the past three days except for some peaches and a small plate of mac and cheese. That probably accounts for most of my dizziness and weakness and i know i have to eat. but whenever i even think of eating something, i feel like i am going to throw up. Whenever i get up from sitting and start walking around i can barely walk in a straight line. What should i do? has this ever happened to any of you? does anyone know what i might have and any ways to cure it?

Your best thing to do would be go to a doctor. You have a variety of symptoms that could range from anything normal and easy to diagnose/cure, to something serious. Have your family MD check you out.

When I get sick, this is what happens to me. Okay, you either ate something or wasn't taking care of yourself properly. Do you also have a fever? Just take medicine, like I think, Nyquill or something along those lines. For me, it usually last a few days while I am getting better once I start taking medicine. Also, for your upset stomach, try to eat broth-y things like ramen soup or bread to soak up the acid. Even if you don't have an appetite, try to eat it. As for the dizzyness when walking, don't walk. If you can get someone to help you, then ask them. also, don't take a shower while your sick because the heat will make you more dizzy, and then if you let your hair air dry, the cooler air can make you worse since your hair is wet and your head is one or the big areas where heat escapes.
So stay off of your feet, eat lighter things, and I hope you get better soon! ~

Sounds like you have a typical case of the flu. Make sure you are drinking water so you dont get dehydrated. Eat light stuff like toast or jello. You won't starve to death if you don't eat a few days. Sleep a lot, and you'll be all right. It is a bummer though.

Drink lots of fluids, it helps get the bacteria that makes you dizzy out of your body, go to the bathroom as much as you can each day, take showers, but don't rush them, eat lots of fruits and vegatables everyday, and also go to your doctor.

Go mix some 7-up or Sprite with Pedialyte. It will hopefully make you feel better.

Or drink pepsi. Last year I sorta had the same symptons as you and drank pepsi and it got better. It was weird.... but doesnt hurt to try! i think...

you might just be dizzy from laying around all day. i feel like that when i get up to go somewhere after ive been laying down all day. i would just go see your doctor to be sure, and get a lot of rest.

Tell your mom or dad so they can make a doctors appointment for you! Meanwhile, drink a lot of water, or juice or tea. You sound like you are dehydrated!
