I know im about to get fired from my babysitting gig of 3 years. I absolutley love the kids.. but i feel im not doing my duties as a good babysitter. does anybody have any tips?

Hey!What you could do is talk to the parents about the things that you thing you are doin wrong and see what they say but for now just have fun with the children.keep everything cleaned at the same time.

Ask the parents if there is anything you can work on, and tell them that you love the kids and if they feel you're not right for them ask if you can still visit

If you feel you're not doing your duties, that could be a form of guilt. Perhaps think about what you used to do........and what you're doing now....Meaning, what have you changed? What are you doing less of. Obviously your full attention is required. If you're NOT doing that, then perhaps you dont enjoy it any longer.
And it's time for you to quit.

what has changed have you or the kids talk to the parents and ask them how they think you are doing and see if you could change things . people and things change over years need to bring things up to date.

take CPR classes, learn how to cook (really really good). E-mail me please (i answer the question once and do not go back to see if you put additional information). clean when kids are asleep, keep eye on them at all times, show parents respect and that you are loyal/trustworthy.... im sure you wont be fired
