Only one of the block walls in basement is sweating. Need problem and solutions.

Well the first thing is could be humidity building up there cause that is the wall that is the coolest, or you have a drainage problem, that is causing the water too sit in that area, you may need to check the foundation drains or have some installed there along that wall...

no moisture barrier on the other side . what is on the other side of that wall Dirt, plants? if just dirt dig down to that level of where the sweat is at on the inside wall go to Lowe's and get sheet of the pink solid insulation to fit that area easy to cut with exacto knife put up next to wall and then put dirt back to hold insulation to wall . inside let it dry out as much as possible then paint with moisture barrier paint.
