My best friend went out with this guy i liked for a really long time. They had already gone out once before and got back together. I wanna go out with him. What should i do???

Even though you've liked him for a long time, I do think you need to let him go. Your friend has already dated him/is dating him. It would be unfair if you just came in the picture and told him how you felt and then ruined that relationship. Plus...there's a rule that I tend to follow.
Don't date your friends ex-boyfriend. If you do so, it can cause a lot of commotion between you and your friend and maybe even lose the friendship down the road. I think you should value the friendship you have and just let the guy go. There are plenty of fish in the sea and I'm sure you can find some other guy that is suitable for you.

not let a guy destroy a friendship!! tell your friend that u like him too but if she wants him , then don't make moves from your own side!! remember: never let a guy destroy a friendship...coz it's more important than an adventure with a guy that will not last forever!!

You should do nothing!
If they're together, why would you even wanna go out with him.
It's not worth making a fool of yourself. Unless you want him, after she's finished with him. :(
