Well, I guess the obvious question is: Is he ready to have sex with you?
Generally, there are lots of steps that lead up to sex. If they haven't
happened, I do not recommend just shtupiing the guy.
Try making out with him, etc, first.
When it gets to point where things are hot and heavy, and if you think
you are both ready, then you kiss, fondle, etc, things that you haven't
kissed or fondled before. Eventually, nature will take its course.
I promise.
Presumably you have thought about all of the responsibilities that sex
entails - birth control, etc. If not, you are not ready for sex.

Wait, There are alot of complications that go with having sex. A few moments of pleasure isn't always worth the consequences that go along with it. But if the time is right, talk to experts. Planned parenthood, doctor. Be careful, not sorry.

Get on the pill. Make sure you have condoms, and spermicide.
Ask yourself if you're prepared to be a mom or if you're willing to risk an STD.
Take precautions. Consider a visit to Planned Parenthood.
After that be safe and have fun. :)

If you don't know what to do, then you're not ready for sex. I was 18 my first time. Wait until then.
