Vicky Lawrence was always good in that role, but making it into a series dried up the funny ideas pretty quick.

I used to really enjoy it, back when I had a TV immediately accessible :(. It was hilarious in one episode where she gets hit on the head for some reason that I don't remember, and she says "Well, what the?" before keeling over. So funny!

Yesssss! It's hilarious! I LOVE the whole cast! One of my favorites! Of course, I grew up on the "Carol Burnett show", which is where "Mama's Family" originated, as a spin off!
