I have a slight red bump, its small almost like a pimple before it comes to a head on the head of my penis, there is no puss, it doesn't resemble herpes, it doesn't hurt, it is just there and mentally I'm going nuts over this. I have only been with one person in the past year or so and have had no other problems on my penis before. I lightly masterbated earlier, avoiding rubbing the head and it got smaller even though my penis size increased.

Again it doesn't hurt, i've recearched herpes online and there is nothing that I can find that matches it with what I have. I just noticed it last night. The last time I masterbated was Thursday night, i used my salvia for lube and was rubbing the head.

See your Doctor ...without actually seeing the bump I could not begin to try and assess what your problem could be ...you have only been with one person in the past year but are you sure of who that person may have been with. Syphilis causes a chancre or sore to be present and is purportedly painless.

talk to your doctor because it's weird that someone would have a pimple on their penis
the penis is a place where there is no acne unless you sweat there all the time
