I stopped taking my pills 3 days ago because I kept forgeting to take them for the past month..When can I start over with a new pack?

you can start takin them the first sunday right after your period comes or even if your still on your period.. just start on that sunday..

Start taking them on the FIRST DAY OF YOUR NEXT PERIOD. That way, you'll be safe to have unprotected sex as soon as you want. The whold point of waiting for your period to start is to make sure you're not pregnant - as soon as your period starts and you know you're not pregnant, you can start taking your pill again. But you really need to take them regularly for them to be effective. If you're having problems remembering, you should maybe consider a different form of birth control such as the injection or implant.

You can either start a new pack immediately and miss your period, or wait for Aunt Flo to show up and start a new pack after that.

Start back on them AFTER the last day of your upcoming period -- if last bleed day is a Tuesday, start your 1st pill on Wednesday...
