please tell me wats dry cleaning does for ur clothes, does it take the stink away better if u wash ur clothes at home?

Dry cleaning is a way to clean clothes without making them wet.They use special chemicals which are volatile,that way the fabric doesn't get wet but gets cleaned.It's good for fabrics that can't be wet,like silk.But it's expensive so it isn't necessary to dry clean all your clothes and there are clothes that can't be dry cleaned....check the tag of each clothe piece to find out what's the best way to clean it.

Dry cleaning is only for certain types of fabrics that can't be washed in a washing machine. These materials include things like wool, silk, and leather. Washing at home works better, but don't wash anything that says "Dry clean only" or you will ruin the garment.

I think the chemical used in dry cleaning stinks!!! It is really good for taking grease spots out of clothes though!!

Wouldn't know. I refuse to have someone else clean something and my pay to do it. I've always done my own, right in the washer on a gentle cycle with light soap then tumble dry with no air. If it looks like it's going to wrinkle, you can smooth it out with your hands and lay it flat. There's also a spray you can buy by Downy called wrinkle release, and it works very well too.

dry cleaning is when you take goodlooking clothes, to the dry cleaning. That might have a stain so you take it to them and they wash it,and dry it, and so time steam it. yes and no i say that drycleaning is better then laundry yes because they get the stain out and also wash it,and dry it, and steam it. you dont get it steam alot of times anyways. No because you have to pay for it.

Dry cleaning is the act of drying your clothes clean as opposed to drying them dirty. Hence the "dry clean only" labels you often see. I think it is silly as most people wash their clothes first before drying them thus they are already clean. Funny they think you need a label to remind you to wash first to get them clean before you dry them.

Dry Cleaning is more of for delicats. Not for normal everyday wash. It is very expensive.

I easily have bouts of extreme,and that i change into "puzzling"..then the laid decrease back returns..and that i don"t care anymore,then human beings like me extra.So no longer a lot a praise,yet from time to time required.
