American companies are moving to places like India because the labor there is cheaper, so they will spend less on paying people. This is really bad for the American economy because people in America will lose their jobs to the people in places like India, making the unemployment rate go up.

I dont think there is a Gillette center in Bangalore. There is already one in Gurgaon (near Delhi) and in Mumbai.
