Why do people do that?

I m talking about internet. They start conversation for 2-3 e-mails and even the intor part is going on and they start responding....why? Its hurting me as it has happend so many times. Does it happen to you as well? How do you feel? People should atleast send the last mail with some line like 'Sorry, I m not interested' or something like that, so you know at least, there is no point sending e-mails like I m waiting, I m still waiting....It hurts. I just want it to share it with you. Thank you for your time and sincere comments please....!

That merely indicates one has no sincerity, and lacks consideration. You really do not want to associate with those individuals. It has absolutely nothing to do with the obviously considerate person that you are.
People dont realize that honesty is so important. Rather than rudely ignoring someone, with no explaination.
Please dont take it personally. Many people will touch your life.
Many will be kind and considerate. And many will NOT.

I don't think that people stop being interested it is possibly the pace of life.

I myself from experience may have a few evenings free and start meeting some new people on-line and then all hell breaks loose in my business life and am then just too tired by the end of the day to really talk to anyone.

However I do occasionally send out a mass email saying I haven't forgotten u but am frantic. This to me is the more correct way to act.

So I wouldn't take it personally.

To those that seem to have stopped contacting you send a funny little excerpt and you maybe be surprised by a reply.

People can be very hurtful at times and only out to make themselves feel good. There are many people like this, but there is light at the end of the tunnel, because there are a few people that aren't and really do want what you want... keep searching, don't give up hope

that's just life! it's not personal. you've at least eliminated the rude ones or sometimes liars realise you're sincere and leave you alone. i tried to answer everyone that wrote to me but i was inundated at times and may have just forgotten. you've got to be quite relaxed about internet dating and just roll with it. I found my guy that way and we've been together a year now but i had to e-kiss alot of frogs first if you get my meaning. there are alot of time wasters and liars on there so chill.

Although there are good people on the internet, most people are socially challenged. Don't be surprised by the lack of consideration that others exhibit. Keep trying, you will find a friend who has some manners.

Oh dear.
That's me I was in contact with a few.
I think I've screwed up in the past by assuming they'll reply 2 my last sent message.
I think I've given up a tad 2 early with some of the folks I've contacted.
All I can say is sorry & will try harder in future!

I'm a little confused about what all you said, but I'm assuming that you mean people just cut you off in the middle of talking with them instead of saying from the beginning that they aren't interested, and that's rude. They shouldn't lead you on.

That's just how it is. I've done it with several women. Usually it's because they bore me or I can tell they obviously are never going to interest me.

It's the new protocol. If they don't respond, just move on.

wait a week and if no reply send them an email saying what you think of them you may not get a reply but it'll make you feel better

It's because people are just generally RUDE and don't care who they hurt as long as they are getting what they want. It happens throughout society these days and I, too, am FED UP WITH IT!!!!!!
