I can help you, provided you gimme details about what you want to express, what do they mean to you, the moments you cherished with them, how they both complement each other so on and so forth. It is possible to draft only if there are some background information

Include the following in your speech
1) How many years they've been married (you'll be surprised how many people won't know!) and whether it is gold, diamond (or in your case, silver)
2) How they came to be married
3) What they've done together in their 25 years of marriage
4) How their lives have changed since they've been married
5) Perhaps talk about yourself and any other children they have and how they reacted to having them around.

Make it sound professional but not to formal. Try and put in a joke or two, something that will make the guest laugh. Remember to be loud and clear when reading your speech. If you make a mistake, don't worry. Only you will know. You'll know you've done a good job if your parents say 'Well Done' or 'Thank You'.

Do you know how they met or where? YOu could bring that up. Or you could talk about a memory you have fof the 2 of them from when you were younger & how much you knew then that the are/were in love. Good luck & don't worry about it too much afterall they're your parents, they love you & will apprieciate whatever speech you give. Especially if it is from your heart. * hey I just had an idea, you could even mention that you asked for help with the speech on the internet to lighten up the crowd if you are nervous!

This one's all yours baby. You have to decide what to say. But I suggest you start by writing down what influences they had on you that stand out in your mind.

How did they influence you to make a better decision than you would have made otherwise.

COME ON, make this your grand performance - for your parents.

Good Luck

Focus on the successes in their relationship; their home, their children, their lives together. For emphasis on what a wonderful couple, choose one trying event in their lives together and how they came through it to be the happy couple they are today.

My congratulations to your folks on their silver anniversary!
