I know it was designed by Cain from the project runway show but I can't remember which dress was his. Was it the white one?

Miss America does not compete in the Miss Universe contest. That role is filled by Miss USA.

She didn't wear it. At the last minute, she changed her mind and wore another dress. What a cop out!!!
Wow....I'm impressed!! This year's Miss USA did in fact wear the dress that guy from Project Runway designed for her. It looks GREAT!!!

Kayne's dress was the shimmery purple one. If you go to http://www.bravotv.com/Project_Runway/ the picture is on the left side, right next to Tim Gunn.
