Im wondering if you can see if someone died from his natal chart. and if so how

No, you can't just by looking at the natal chart. You also can't tell by looking at the transits to a natal chart because a natal chart never dies. It is ongoing, even though the person is no longer living. For example, if Elvis' or Marilyn's names all of a sudden pop up in the press, their charts are being activated by transits, even though they are no longer with us on this plane of existence.
You would look to a person's transits (the current positions of the planets for the day they passed away) and compare them to the natal chart, looking for aspects to indicate death, accidents, illness etc.
