hi, i go to ROSS and MARSHALLS alot. they are way cheap, always having sales and all name brands. I got a GUESS mini skirt for .49 cuz some1 stepped on it in the dressing room and there was a shoeprint on it. It came right out in the wash and is just as new. They have all sizes and mall brands too.
